Cargo Service:

• Thanks to this service, you do not have to collect your documents from the Visa Application Center. The cargo service delivers your passport to the address you specify.
• After your passport is delivered to the cargo company, the cargo company informs you via SMS. Applications can be made in person or with authorization.
• The address you provided during the application for passport delivery cannot be changed.
• You can track your cargo as explained in the application tracking section.
• In case of possible cancellation of your cargo request, you must contact Kosmos Call Center. In this case, no refund can be made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the passport holder or the person designated as the recipient is not present at the address during passport delivery, the cargo company delivers the shipment to third parties at the residence or workplace, upon signature.
